Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order based on product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through accepted methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets via our secure Razorpay payment gateway. Order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days within India. Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available at additional cost. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹999. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, availability, and carrier conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, use the Returns section in your account. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts may have modified return policies as specified at the time of purchase.
Non-returnable items include: innerwear, customized or altered products, items with removed tags, and products showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no charge. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You must wait for delivery and initiate a return instead.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Harmonia Threads or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
